Roomiraq accepts payment through Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal Wallet, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners Club, and Discover.
The payment methods displayed during checkout are the payment options available for the transaction. Customers must select an available payment method and complete the required checkout steps before an order can be submitted successfully.
The payment methods stated in this policy should remain consistent with the payment options displayed on the Roomiraq website, during checkout, in the website footer, and in Roomiraq’s Google Merchant Center information.
Transaction Currency
All product prices, order totals, transactions, and approved refunds are processed in USD.
Customers can review the applicable product prices, free standard shipping charge, and final order total before submitting payment.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete billing information during checkout. This includes the customer’s name, billing address, and any other information required by the selected payment method.

Roomiraq provides free standard shipping within the United States, with no minimum purchase amount required.
Customers should correct any inaccurate order, billing, or delivery information before submitting the order.
Payment Security
Payment information should only be entered through the Roomiraq website checkout using one of the accepted payment methods displayed there.
Customers should not send full payment card numbers, wallet passwords, security codes, or other sensitive payment credentials by email when contacting Roomiraq customer support.
The selected payment provider may apply its own authorization, identity-verification, security, or fraud-prevention procedures when processing a transaction.
Payment Authorization
Payment must be accepted through the checkout process before an order can be completed.
If the selected payment method is declined, unavailable, or not successfully authorized, the order may not be completed. Customers may need to confirm their billing information, contact their payment provider, or select another accepted payment method displayed at checkout.
An order submission does not change Roomiraq’s handling and delivery timelines. Approved orders remain subject to the handling and shipping periods described in the Shipping Policy.
Order Confirmation
After an order is completed successfully, customers should review the order confirmation information provided through the website or sent to the email address used at checkout.
Customers are responsible for supplying an accurate email address so they can receive order and shipping communications.

Shipping Information
Roomiraq ships within the United States and provides free standard shipping.
Orders require 3–5 business days for handling before shipment. After shipment, the estimated transit time is 5–20 business days. The total estimated delivery time is therefore 8–25 business days.
Roomiraq’s order cut-off time is 3:00 PM (GMT-7), Monday–Friday. Orders placed after the cut-off time or during weekends enter the processing schedule on the next business day.
After an order has shipped, tracking information is sent by email with a tracking link. Complete shipping conditions are provided in the Roomiraq Shipping Policy.
Returns and Refunds
Eligible products may be returned or exchanged within 30 days from the date of delivery.
All returns and exchanges require prior approval. After approval, Roomiraq provides a prepaid downloadable and printable return shipping label at no cost to the customer. Customers must not send products back before receiving approval, the prepaid label, and return instructions.
Roomiraq does not charge a restocking fee for approved returns or exchanges. Returned products are inspected within 1–3 business days after receipt.
Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days after inspection and approval and are issued in USD to the original payment method used at checkout.

Exchanges
Exchanges are available for eligible products. Exchange requests must follow the approval and prepaid return-label process described in the Roomiraq Return and Refund Policy.
Approved exchanges remain subject to product eligibility and availability.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before shipment.
Customers should contact info@roomiraq.com as soon as possible and include their order number and the email address used at checkout. A cancellation is not complete until Roomiraq reviews the order status and confirms the cancellation.
Orders that have already shipped cannot be cancelled. After shipment, eligible products must follow the return process described in the Roomiraq Return and Refund Policy.
Refund Method
All approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
Roomiraq cannot direct an approved refund to an unrelated payment card, wallet, or alternative account. The refund will be submitted using the payment information connected to the original transaction.
